Application Time
From now till end of May 2026. Please kindly download the application form by clicking “apply now” button.
Application form should be submitted with a copy of full wine list & a short introduction of the restaurant (about 50 words in Chinese/English )in .doc/.docx/.pdf format. For participant from hotel or group restaurant category, you may fill in more than one outlet on this application form.
Judging time
Judging will be held between June - August 2026.
